Overview
Senior Product Manager, Information Architecture at Adobe. This role focuses on leading the strategy and delivery for structuring content and metadata to power personalized, AI-enabled experiences on Adobe’s Experience League platform.
Responsibilities
Strategy, leadership, and collaboration: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for information architecture, ensuring structured content, discoverability, and AI-powered personalization across the customer training platform.
Lead large-scale, iterative development by turning complex business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions in partnership with engineering, design, and content teams.
Shape the platform roadmap and guide taxonomy, tagging, and metadata by applying deep IA expertise and collaborating across authoring, product, and engineering teams.
Data quality and governance: Subject matter expert in taxonomy, ontology, and knowledge graphs to structure content for personalization, search, analytics, and AI/LLM-readiness.
Implement governance models and metadata standards that drive consistency, quality, and reuse across large content ecosystems.
Design scalable site structures and label systems that improve information retrieval and user experience.
Maintain and evolve centralized metadata systems that support automation, platform consistency, and AI-readiness.
Qualifications
5+ years proven expertise leading large-scale platform and content architecture initiatives from roadmap definition through iterative development and launch.
Deep knowledge of information architecture, including knowledge graph design to support discoverability, personalization, AI/LLM readiness and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) required.
Proven experience designing metadata frameworks that share goals and ensure data quality.
Solid understanding of content tagging strategies, including AI-assisted tagging aligned to product features, personas, and journey stages.
Excellent communicator and project manager with a strong ability to distill complex technical concepts into value-based language.
Compensation and notices Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
