What You\'ll Do
Be a part of the core product team for Document Cloud and help define the product vision.
Collaborate with engineering, finance, data analytics, data science, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive business success.
Research customer and market needs, conduct competitive analysis.
Implement complex growth strategies for acquisition, engagement, and retention, and deliver real-time personalized contextual intelligent experiences through the engagement platform.
Advocate for a customer-first approach, ensuring new features and monetization strategies improve the user experience.
Who You Are
Consistent record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products.
Bachelor’s in Engineering and MBA from a reputable business school or equivalent experience.
Overall 8-12 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of post-MBA experience in a business role is desirable.
Analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense for how to get things done, across a highly matrixed organization.
Ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work across geographically remote teams.
Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt.
Experience in agile software development practices is desirable.
Compensation & Notices Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. US pay range for this position is $122,200 — $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission). Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives as part of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
