Senior IP Engineers - Remote

We are a distinguished leader in Telecommunications technology, with a proven track record of driving the advancement of gigabit networks.
We are looking for fully remote Senior Project Engineers (IP or Transport) in the US with experience in DC/POP Migration/Exits and Build. The position supports long term projects and requires the ability to design, plan, implement and migrate using a variety of technologies.
Responsibilities
Design, Plan, Implement and migrate to support long term projects. The projects will have a wide variety of technologies, so its imperative that the Engineers have the ability learn unfamiliar product types or technologies if required.
Key Technology Skills
Fibre (external and Internal)
SDH (E1 to 10GE)
DWDM/OTN
MPLS/IP (VPLS, VPN's, IPVPN, etc.)
Voice (SIP/Legacy)
Colocation
ODF/DDF
Protection Schemes (SNCP, MSP, MSSPRING)
Key Engineering Skills
Able to design and implement audit strategies (down to logical and physical circuit level)
Able to correlate all audit input to assist in design and planning
Production of High-Level Designs
Production of Low-Level Designs
Design of migration strategy (Physical and Logical)
Understand Access Vendors/Tails Configuration build (Transport and IP)
Able to interrogate and collect data via NMS, Element Manager or direct to equipment
Able to think outside of the box and remain calm in the event of technical issues
Positive with a "Can do attitude"
Good documentation and communication skills (at all Levels)
Collaborate with Project Management to build and maintain a timeline
Good time management skills
