We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking
Chief Financial Officer
to join the executive leadership team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, overseeing day-to-day financial operations, and ensuring the long-term financial health of the business as it continues to scale. Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all accounting and finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Manage and mentor a small team of staff accountants, fostering professional growth and operational excellence. Prepare and present accurate, timely financial statements, forecasts, and performance analyses for executive leadership and stakeholders. Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Partner with senior leadership to shape corporate strategy, optimize revenue streams, and guide resource allocation. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and financial institutions. Oversee financial administration of contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with requirements and reporting obligations. Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on financial planning, capital structure, and growth initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred). Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, or related industries. Strong command of regulatory compliance. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to influence and partner with executive teams in shaping business strategy.
