About this Position
THE MISSION Impremis is building and launching our own eCommerce brands while continuing to run a fast-growing performance marketing agency. The agency must remain lean, profitable, and operationally excellent so we can reinvest cash into our in-house brands. We treat our brands as internal clients, and as they grow, so does the agency. Long-term, we’re aiming for a 9-figure valuation and an eventual roll-up exit. The COO will play a critical role in ensuring the agency remains a growth engine and scalable backbone for this vision. As COO, you will lead two core functions. First, manage and systematize a steady pipeline of agency leads through referrals, cold outreach, or partnerships. Second, manage and own our already made internal talent acquisition to help us scale. You will manage a team of 20 or more, oversee client performance to ensure retention, and project financial outcomes that inform our growth strategy.
