Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and highly-skilled Project Engineer to join our fast-paced, innovative construction company focused on commercial TI work. The Project Engineer will report directly to the Project Manager and will play a key role in delivering projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and design phase of commercial tenant improvements projects, ensuring that all specifications and regulations are met. Coordinate and oversee the work of the construction team and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are carried out according to plan. Review and approve project drawings and specifications, making necessary changes when required. Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Monitor project progress, ensure milestones are met, and address issues as they arise. Conduct quality control checks, ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders with updates on project status and challenges. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to contribute to project success. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry. Commercial tenant improvement experience. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects. Why join us?
