We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a variety of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering superior quality work. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from design to implementation, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Prepare comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, using project management tools such as Bluebeam, Excel, and Primavera. Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals. Lead the build-out, fit-up, and fit-out processes, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with design plans and specifications. Liaise with tenants and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and any issues are promptly addressed. Oversee tenant improvements, renovations, and interior works, ensuring they comply with all relevant regulations and standards. Conduct regular site inspections and meetings, addressing any issues or concerns, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Evaluate project outcomes, identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement. Qualifications
Experience as a Project Manager at a GC Experience with tenant interiors—with a focus on high-end, creative office and commercial fit-outs Specialty in Tenant Interiors: Core competency lies in designing and building high-end interior spaces—offices, lobbies, amenities, and more—within existing commercial buildings Commercial Focus: Exclusively tackle commercial interior projects, ranging from corporate offices to healthcare spaces, higher education, legal services, retail/hospitality, lab facilities, and more Equal Opportunity
