Are you ready to make a significant impact? Kustom US, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Mitigation Project Director in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities Initial Contact: Oversee response to incoming calls and accurate lead detail entry into DASH. Assign leads to the Mitigation Team, ensuring timely responses.
Customer Communication & Dispatch:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Manage the dispatch of the Mitigation Team to project sites. Oversee the recording of on-site activities in DASH.
On-site Procedures:
Ensure compliance with health and procedural agreements. Supervise site preparation, including scanning, photography, and equipment setup. Manage the execution of mitigation processes and client satisfaction follow-ups. Oversee the transition of mitigation jobs to reconstruction projects.
Estimation & Billing:
Collaborate with estimators on timely estimate delivery. Manage invoice creation and distribution.
Collections:
Oversee payment follow-ups and collection strategies.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in DASH software and MICA Water Mitigation software. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects. Knowledge of mitigation processes and equipment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong computer and software skills. IRCC certification or equivalent industry-standard certification. Work Environment: This position involves a combination of office and field work, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
