Overview

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals. Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Remove impediments and obstacles that may hinder the teams progress. Ensure the team adheres to Scrum processes and practices, promoting accountability and transparency. Work closely with product owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize work based on business value. Track and report on key metrics to monitor team performance and project progress. Must Have Technologies

Scrum / Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile principles. Team Operations Focus: Strong ability to manage team dynamics and foster collaboration. Project Management Tools: Proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar for managing Agile projects. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery. Nice-to-Have Skills

Scrum / Agile Certification: Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP) Financial Background: Understanding of financial systems and regulations. Experience with Remote Teams: Ability to manage and coordinate remote or distributed teams. EEO
