Responsibilities
Lead AWS migration projects and design scalable cloud solutions
Define and deploy AWS environments using Infrastructure as Code tools
Implement optimized architectures addressing cost, availability, and scalability
Oversee migration of applications to containers or serverless platforms
Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams
Qualifications
Expertise in Linux or Windows systems and major cloud providers (AWS preferred)
Strong knowledge of Terraform and AWS SDK/CLI
Domain expertise in areas like containerization, serverless, machine learning, or software development
Proficiency in scripting, security controls, enterprise architecture, and CI/CD tools
Travel about 25%
AWS Certification is required
Technical Skills Requirements
5-10 years' experience in Linux or Windows system engineering/administration
3-5 years working with major cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
3+ years of AWS-specific expertise (if experienced in Azure/GCP)
2-3 years using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred)
Expertise in one or more: Windows, Linux, Containerization, Serverless, Machine Learning, Software Development
Proficient in scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell) and using AWS CLI/SDK
2-3 years managing security controls (IAM, firewalls, antivirus, etc.)
Strong knowledge of enterprise, network, system, and application architecture
Experience with source control systems (Git, VSTS, SVN)
Skilled in CI tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo)
Effective communicator with all organizational levels
