Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Analyst to join our team at Manifest. You’ll be the storyteller behind our data, translating performance into actionable insights that fuel smarter strategies and drive measurable growth. You’ll work across a variety of brands, digging into cross-channel data sets – from paid media and website behavior to audience research and campaign performance. You’ll partner with other sharp minds (strategy, creative, paid media, search) to bring together the full picture, helping clients not just see results, but understand them. If you thrive on collaborating across disciplines, connecting dots, presenting with purpose, and making complex data digestible and actionable, you’ll fit right in. Responsibilities

Lead performance reporting for key client accounts, guiding how we measure success and where we go next. Build compelling reports and presentations that clearly show what’s working, what’s not, and what to do about it. Work with our data scientists to apply advanced models that enhance storytelling and turn predictive outputs into client-ready insights that drive success. Identify automation opportunities with client and department leads to decrease time-to-insight. Collaborate across internal teams (strategy, creative, paid media, search, dev, and more) to integrate insights that connect the dots across all client initiatives. Present performance narratives to clients in a clear, compelling way aligned with strategic recommendations. Own the full reporting process: timelines, collaboration, internal reviews, and client delivery. Identify trends, shifts, and white space opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data. Stay ahead of measurement best practices, platform changes, and emerging tools; leverage AI to enable more strategic work. Support campaign strategy and creative development with research, benchmarks, and performance insights. Lead data QA and tagging audits to ensure clean, reliable data. Pull and analyze data using BI tools (e.g., Tableau). Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role at an agency, consultancy, or fast-paced brand. A self-starter with natural curiosity; ability to translate data into insights and actions. Expertise with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, paid media analytics platforms, and social listening tools (e.g., Meltwater, Talkwalker). Experience working across multiple data sources—paid media, search, social, CRM, website, qualitative/quantitative research, etc. Polished presentation skills with experience delivering insights to clients or senior stakeholders. Curiosity, resourcefulness, and confidence navigating ambiguity. Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, and BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, etc.). Experience consuming and applying insights from third-party syndicated research (e.g., Mintel, MRI, eMarketer, Nielsen, ComScore, Experian, Forrester, Gartner). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Psychology, Sociology, or related field. Data science experience in a marketing environment is a plus. Hybrid-role availability in Chicago, DC, NYC, or Phoenix. What We Offer

Private Company – We move quickly to deliver the best for our teams and clients. Flexibility – Hybrid work environment and flexible PTO. Competitive benefits and salary – Health plans, 401(k) match, and paid parental leave. Salary for Chicago market ranges from $95k to $120k base pay, determined by experience and market data.
