VP, Talent Acquisition at Manifest NYC DC CHI MI PHX| Founding Member AIR Allies in Recruiting At Manifest, our work is fueled by data, ignited by creativity and driven by results. We are a proudly independent, full-service agency represented by diverse talents, backgrounds and expertise, and we have one goal: to deliver breakthrough ideas and brand experiences that drive emotional connections and measurable impact. Let’s chat.

We’re hiring a Senior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the storyteller behind our data, translating performance into actionable insights that fuel smarter strategies and drive measurable growth. You’re curious, strategic, and love uncovering the “why” behind performance. You’ll work across a variety of brands, digging into cross-channel data sets – from paid media and website behavior to audience research and campaign performance. You’ll partner with other sharp minds (strategy, creative, paid media, search) to bring together the full picture, helping clients not just see results, but understand them. If you thrive on collaborating across disciplines, connecting dots, presenting with purpose, and making complex data digestible and actionable, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

Lead performance reporting for key client accounts, guiding how we measure success and where we go next.

Build compelling reports and presentations that clearly show what’s working, what’s not, and what to do about it.

Work hand-in-hand with our data scientists to apply advanced models in ways that enhance storytelling, helping turn predictive outputs into client-ready insights that drive success.

Partner with client and department leads to identify automation opportunities that decrease time-to-insight.

Partner across internal teams (strategy, creative, paid media, search, dev, and more) to integrate insights that connect the dots across all client initiatives.

Own the narrative: presenting performance stories to clients in a way that’s clear, compelling, and rooted in strategic recommendations.

Own the full reporting process: timelines, collaboration, internal reviews, and client delivery.

Identify trends, shifts, and white space opportunities using both quantitative and qualitative data.

Stay ahead of measurement best practices, platform changes, and emerging tools.

Keep up with and use the latest in AI to enable more strategic work.

Support campaign strategy and creative development with research, benchmarks, and performance insights.

Lead data QA and tagging audits to help ensure we’re working with clean, reliable data.

Pull and analyze data using BI tools (e.g., Tableau).

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role at an agency, consultancy, or fast-paced brand.

A self-starter with a natural curiosity.

A knack for translating data into insights and insights into action.

Expertise with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, paid media analytics platforms, and social listening tools (e.g., Meltwater, Talkwalker).

Experience working across multiple data sources—paid media, search, social, CRM, website, qual/quant research, etc.

Polished presentation skills, with experience delivering insights to clients or senior stakeholders.

Curiosity, resourcefulness, and confidence navigating ambiguity.

Familiarity with tools like Excel, Keynote/PPT, and BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, etc.).

Experience consuming and applying insights from third-party syndicated research (e.g., Mintel, MRI, eMarketer, Nielsen, ComScore, Experian, Forrester, Gartner).

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.

While not required, data science experience, particularly in a marketing environment, will help you stand out.

This role is hybrid to our office in either Chicago, DC, NYC, or Phoenix.
