Vice President of Human Resources
to lead the strategic development and execution of the company’s people function. This executive-level position is responsible for building and scaling HR capabilities across a national, multi-site organization, aligning workforce initiatives with business objectives, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with strong operational execution, business acumen, and the ability to drive strategic HR initiatives across a complex and evolving organization. Responsibilities
Executive Leadership : Collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, and CFO to craft and execute an integrated people strategy that supports overarching business goals. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the board on organizational health, workforce planning, and talent development. Foster a strong company culture by promoting engagement, accountability, and alignment across all levels. Organizational Design & Change Management : Lead major organizational transformation efforts, including post-acquisition HR integrations, restructuring, and change management initiatives. Design and implement scalable HR operating models and processes to support nationwide growth and evolving business demands. HR Strategy & Team Leadership : Build and guide a high-performing HR leadership team covering Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations, and Learning & Development. Establish centers of excellence with standardized processes and measurable performance indicators. HR Systems & Data Analytics : Oversee HRIS platforms (e.g., Paylocity, Workday, ADP), ensuring data accuracy, efficient workflows, and insightful reporting. Utilize people analytics to drive informed executive decisions, optimize workforce planning, and enhance organizational effectiveness. Talent & Performance Management : Develop and implement enterprise-wide performance management systems, career development frameworks, and succession planning strategies. Promote a cohesive approach to talent acquisition, onboarding, and professional development aligned with company growth objectives. Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO). Develop and maintain consistent HR policies, training programs, and governance standards across all locations. Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
Over 15 years of progressive human resources experience, including a minimum of 7 years in senior executive or enterprise-wide HR leadership roles. Strong expertise within professional services, consulting, financial services, or real estate sectors. Proven success working in private equity-backed or fast-growth environments. Experience managing HR functions across multiple sites and states. Demonstrated proficiency in mergers, acquisitions, and HR integration is highly desirable. Key Competencies
