Compensation & Benefits The initial compensation for this position ranges from $29.29-$36.03 per hour. Salary is dependent on commensurate experience and internal equity. The salary may vary if you reside in a different location than the posted location. 5% bilingual differential for qualified positions. Benefits eligibility starts on day ONE. Job Summary The Associate Educational Clinical Coordinator is responsible for providing 1:1 service, groups, consultation, and coaching that support educators, students, and families within educational and community settings. This role works independently primarily on school sites along with services provided in homes and other community settings, and works directly with children and adults. Responsibilities and Duties Clinical Under supervision, provides behavior consultation to teachers, school staff, and caregivers focusing on MTSS, Positive Behavior Intervention Supports, antecedent strategies, function-based interventions, and a hand-off approach to de-escalation, along with direct individual and/or group services for skill building. Mentor, coach, and support behavioral staff providing direct services to customers. Integrate feedback from supervisors to deliver quality clinical services that meet fidelity measures of implementation. Record data for students and IEP goals using electronic data collection systems to support outcomes and ensure staff treatment fidelity. Model, coach, reinforce, and implement positive behavioral interventions and skill development plans with students, caregivers, educators, and support networks. Assist supervisors with plan development (e.g., report development, progress summaries, intakes, BIP development) and assessment tasks. Assist teams with developing program materials (e.g., visual schedules, social stories, behavior guides) to develop individualized, strength-based strategies and interventions that yield positive behavior change. Participate in supervision, team meetings, in-service trainings, student progress meetings, and other key meetings as assigned. Identify potential conflicts and communicate with the supervisor on customer-related services within 24 hours. Coordinate services for students, caregivers, and educators with other providers to support nurturing relationships and positive environments, collaboratively solving barriers. Administrative Meets agency and program timelines for clinical documentation, compliance trainings, deadlines, timecards, and responds to communications. Creates and follows weekly schedules for assigned sites/caseload. Delivers services on a flexible schedule based on customer need; communicates schedule changes proactively. Engages in solution-focused communication and maintains a positive work environment. Maintains strong organizational skills to support outcomes and daily tasks. Stand-by or quick response to crisis. Other duties and responsibilities Evaluates eligibility for services, urgency of need, and risk/ethical considerations. Practices self-care and treats others with respect during stress. Travels to community and home locations with customers and families. Position-specific duties may vary by program; performs other related responsibilities as assigned. Job-specific competencies Qualifications To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in special education, psychology, social work, behavior analysis, or related field required. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing case management and clinical coordination of behavior management services. Experience working in educational settings. Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
