Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant - Hybrid - (Fulltime) Responsibilities
Provide support for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or upgrades. Troubleshoot and analyze complex issues related to Core HR and Fusion HCM configurations, and propose effective solutions. Interact professionally with clients and project team members, communicating findings and status clearly. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Qualifications
10-12 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on Core HR modules. In-depth understanding of Core HR processes, configurations, and best practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Proven experience in providing support for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or upgrades. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Oracle Fusion HCM certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred. Experience with Oracle Support processes and tools are a plus. Seniority level
