The Talent Acquisition Lead for Sales, Trading, and Research partners with senior stakeholder groups and will report to the Managing Director, Global Head of Talent Acquisition, with close collaboration to the Global Head of HR for Sales, Trading, and Research. This role focuses on talent acquisition and recruiting while supporting HR-wide initiatives, team culture, events, and operational strategy. Location: New York, NY. Employment type: Full-time. Seniority: Director. What You’ll Do In The Role

Help the business develop its workforce strategy and partner across talent acquisition teams from attraction to campus involvement, marketing, and onboarding to achieve business goals Coordinate global collaboration and build trusting relationships with business COOs, hiring managers, and partners in HR Coverage, HR Compensation, and Talent Advisors Leverage centralized templates and firmwide TA initiatives to articulate progress toward goals, market trends, and challenges/opportunities Manage centralized initiatives with the global Talent Acquisition leadership team, including project management and a metrics-driven approach Own resource optimization and retention within the recruiting team; drive retention and engagement Partner with recruitment, HR, and business partners to plan and implement business unit recruiting initiatives; work with Talent Sourcing to proactively build a pipeline of high-caliber, diverse, and well-qualified talent Work with TA leadership to deploy tools and resources that enable efficient operations focused on candidates and clients; ensure pipeline and ad-hoc initiatives are managed to balance demand and supply Oversee headcount planning, reporting, capacity planning, and budgeting Partner with HR Analytics to create dashboards to help the team operate at scale and provide insights to the business Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree required 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Sales, Trading, and Research Understanding of financial services industries and recruiting/stakeholder management Strong analytical skills, including Excel and basic reporting Client-focused, service oriented, relationship builder What You Can Expect From Morgan Stanley

Expected base pay range: $120,000 – $200,000 per year at commencement. Base pay is determined on an individualized basis and may include additional compensation such as commissions, discretionary bonuses, and other incentive programs.
