Most analysts just crunch numbers. Here, you’ll sit next to senior leadership and investors, shaping how the AI economy gets powered.
We’re supporting a
confidential energy startup
developing large-scale projects that combine proven technologies (solar, wind, storage, natural gas) with innovative financing structures. The mission: deliver reliable, low-cost power to meet the massive new demand from data centers and AI.
As a
Project Finance Analyst , you’ll be at the center of this effort - building models that drive strategy, guiding capital-raising, and partnering across technical and commercial teams to bring projects to life.
What you’ll do
Build sophisticated, flexible financial models from scratch.
Structure tax equity, IRA credits, and incentives to maximize returns.
Support fundraising across debt, equity, and tax equity.
Run sensitivities to stress-test assumptions and evaluate risks.
Collaborate with engineering, development, and executive leadership.
Present insights directly to investors, lenders, and strategic partners.
What you bring
4–8 years of project finance experience
(renewable developer, infra fund, or investment bank preferred).
Advanced financial modeling skills, including tax equity and credit structures.
Knowledge of US power markets and project inputs (capex, O&M, fuel, pricing).
Exposure to multiple technologies (solar, wind, storage, natural gas) a plus.
Strong communicator able to translate complex analysis for non-financial stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA/Master’s a plus).
