In This Role, You Will
Partner and collaborate globally with HR teams including Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to deliver regular reporting dashboards and ad-hoc reporting requests
Maintain HR-related intranet pages
Support the overall HR team with various ad hoc tasks
Gain experience in Recruiting, Learning & Development, Talent Management and the software industry
Learning & Development
Support planning and execution of corporate learning programs and initiatives, including communication and roster maintenance
Provide administrative support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including attendance tracking, course distribution and maintenance, and troubleshooting
Manage team inboxes, respond to general inquiries, and triage requests from the business
Support company-wide compliance training logistics, including enrollment, auditing, and reporting
Talent Management
Act as the first point of contact for employees by answering HRHelp tickets
New Hire Administration, including system entry validation and I-9 verifications
Provide support for HR data analytics and presentations
Assist with delivery of HR initiatives, like performance reviews and company-wide awards
Assist in developing and maintaining HR procedures and manuals to comply with country-specific labor regulations across geographies
Ad hoc responsibilities include project work and running reports from the HR system
Talent Acquisition
Act as the first point of contact for in-person candidates and coordination of interview scheduling, especially for on-site interviews
Partner with Recruiters and Sourcers to drive coordination and management of interview processes end-to-end
Maintain a positive candidate experience with timely communication throughout the interview process
Here’s What You Need
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to deal with ambiguity, and effective written and spoken communication
Passion for collaboration, attention to detail, and growth mindset
Customer service orientation, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to plan tasks
Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with frequent change
Adaptable, resourceful, and calm under pressure in a high-stakes environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills within the team and cross-functionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other basic office software
Previous experience in customer service or office coordination is a plus
Ability to drive or commute to Cvent’s office in McLean, VA
