Customer Service Representative , based out of our office in

Austin, TX . The ideal person is a self-starter with an approachable personality who enjoys collaborating with peers and takes pride in going above and beyond to support customers. As a member of our Customer Service team, you will: Work closely with fellow representatives to process daily orders and client requests Serve as the primary point of contact for outside sales representatives and clients regarding order-related inquiries Responsibilities: Process customer inquiries Perform order entry with a high degree of accuracy Contact for Customer Inquiries, orders, complaints, RMA’s and quotes. Enter customer orders into database accurately and promptly Verify order details for accuracy and completeness Provide order confirmations to customers Communicate with customers to resolve order discrepancies Maintain detailed and organized records of orders Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment Provide exceptional customer service Perform other administrative tasks as required Qualifications: Proven work experience as an Order Entry Clerk, Sales Administrator, or similar role Strong problem solving skills Work independently with moderate supervision Proficiency in data entry and management Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel Aptitude for understanding a wide array of part numbers and manufacturing processes Excellent communication and customer service skills both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment High school diploma or equivalent
