Talent Development Partner

This role partners closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify development needs, implement scalable learning solutions, and drive talent initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Through strategic program design, data-informed insights, and collaborative enablement, the Talent Development Partner empowers employees at all levels to grow, thrive, and contribute to the companys success. Strategic Talent Management & Development
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify individual and team development needs aligned with business goals. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee growth, development planning, and learning strategies. Support the design, development, implementation and management of organizational and talent management programs such as talent reviews, succession planning, onboarding, and performance enablement processes with a focus on development outcomes to drive a high-performance culture. Use and analyze talent data and insights to identify trends, gaps and opportunities that inform development strategies and measure impact. Learning & Development
Contribute to the development of and implement an organizational learning & development strategy in alignment with the organizations goals. Help design learning programs that support skill development, career growth, and leadership readiness, in support of the companys values, culture, and strategic goals. Facilitate engaging learning experiences, including workshops, coaching sessions, and blended learning programs. Curate and manage digital learning content and platforms to ensure accessibility and relevance. Partner with HR Operations on management of the Company Learning Management System. Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and continuously evaluate programs for improvement based on feedback and outcomes to ensure they are engaging, effective, and evolving with the needs of the business. Collaborate with HRBPs to embed development conversations into regular talent practices and manager routines. Equip managers with tools and guidance to support the growth of their teams. Promote a culture of continuous learning by enabling self-directed learning pathways and just-in-time resources. Support the implementation of career pathing, internal mobility, and success planning initiatives. What you will bring to the table
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or talent development strongly preferred. Proven experience partnering with HR and business leaders to drive employee development. Strong facilitation and coaching skills. Familiarity with learning technologies and talent management systems. Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and project management skills. Strong internal customer service focus and ability to build effective working relationships and provide influence at all levels of the organization. Experience with Strengths Finder and/or eDiSC is a plus. Expertise in Microsoft Office and software including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. annually, with compensation personalized based on skills, experience, and location. Flexible Work Schedule:
