Reporting to the Director Global Functional Talent Development Partner for Corporate Functions, this role will be responsible for providing the design, development and delivery of learning programs and experiences aligned to the talent development strategies for the Finance, Talent, Legal & Public Policy, and Communications & Social Impact functions. This role is responsible for the design and delivery of talent development initiatives in close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Functional Business Leaders, Regional Talent Development Partners, and Talent Development Centers of Excellence (COEs). The Senior Talent Development Partner contributes to the activation of learning strategies that align with business goals and support skill development and organizational health. The ideal candidate will have experience in L&D, Leadership Development and Organizational Development. The individual should have demonstrated success in designing and implementing programs to meet priority learning and talent development needs across a fast-paced global organization. Responsibilities

Consult with HRBPs and senior leadership to understand functional business priorities, assess related talent development needs, and provide appropriate solutions. Develop and execute action plans based on functional business needs and builds trusted partnerships with HRBPs, functional leaders, and Talent Development colleagues. Influence and advises key stakeholders and partners to inform strategic decision-making. Drafts communications to market and socializes talent development solutions to drive long-term strategic initiatives. Facilitates learning offerings including senior executive audiences and designs and develops bespoke learning experiences where the need is not covered by the enterprise curriculum. Gathers and analyzes data to develop solutions to gaps in program success criteria, contribute to program strategy development, and establish goals and metrics to measure performance. Identifies and communicates relevant data and insights to inform decision-making related to functional talent priorities. Basic Qualifications

BA / BS in L&D, HR or a related field or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years' of work experience including at least 4+ years of experience in L&D. Preferred Qualifications

Significant experience in providing L&D expertise and consulting partnership, ideally within a global organization. Excellent facilitation skills and proven delivery of training programs, at senior level. Expertise in designing, building and delivering learning offerings to sophisticated audience. Excellent communication and presentations and public speaking skills. Demonstrated experience in leading L&D initiatives within a fast-moving organization. Capability of working autonomously and forming strong networks and working relationships. Strong Project Management experience. Strong international or cross-cultural work experience. The pay range for this role is $116,000 to $189,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and / or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
