Overview
As a Contract Finance Manager, your mission is to accelerate our clients’ Planning and Analysis function during the FY26 budget and planning season. You will collaborate with Finance leadership and stakeholders in Engineering (R&D), Customer Experience (CX), Sales, Marketing, and Product. Your role is critical in enabling a high-performing FP&A function, requiring intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and problem-solving acumen. Responsibilities
Work directly with the director of FP&A and other finance leadership to support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes Establish yourself as a trusted partner to peers and senior leaders with an understanding of stakeholder requirements Manage scenario planning through headcount management and expense planning Drive key cross-functional initiatives from start to finish Provide ad-hoc analyses and special project support for Finance leadership Develop and prepare corporate reporting of month-end results with variance analysis Required Skills
Experience with hosted Planning solutions and ERP solutions (Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights and Netsuite preferred). Strong Adaptive Planning/OfficeConnect skills are a strong plus Strong knowledge of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) 3+ years of applicable work experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in technology or healthcare Strong detail orientation and analytical problem-solving skills Expertise in MS Excel/Google Sheets, including financial modeling and data analysis Working knowledge of GAAP (Accruals, COGS, Capitalization versus Expense) is a plus Excellent interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication, including proficiency in Excel and PoawerPoint for data presentation Compensation: $50 - $68.97 per hour Location: Palo Alto, CA Job Details
