FP&A Manager
to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and leadership potential to play a central role in driving strategic insight, leading the FP&A function, and supporting major business decisions. Location: Anaheim, CA Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Lead the full FP&A process, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis across departments and business lines Build, oversee, and refine complex financial models to evaluate performance, investment opportunities, and scenario planning Deliver actionable insights on revenue, expenses, and operational performance through data-driven analysis Prepare and present executive-level reporting packages to support strategic planning and senior leadership reviews Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and event teams to align financial expectations with business activity Drive continuous improvement of processes, systems, and reporting tools to enhance visibility and decision-making Manage and mentor junior team members to build a strong FP&A function What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial capacity Proven ability to lead the budgeting and forecasting process in a dynamic business environment Strong Excel and financial modeling expertise; experience with financial reporting tools or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Adaptive Insights) is highly preferred Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and present complex information to senior leadership A genuine interest in the sports and entertainment industry is highly valued Seniority level
