The firm is seeking a
Junior Partner
to join its
ERISA practice . This is a performance-based, fully remote role for entrepreneurial attorneys who are energized by autonomy, collaboration, and client ownership. Responsibilities
Advise clients on ERISA, executive compensation, and employee benefits Draft plan documents, agreements, and disclosures (including IRC 409A and 280G) Support M&A transactions from a compensation and benefits lens Work closely with senior partners in a collaborative, associate-free model Stay current on regulatory developments affecting benefits law Candidate Profile
5–7 years of experience in ERISA/employee benefits/executive compensation Background in an Am Law 200, Law360 firm, boutique, or relevant government agency Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Strong ownership mindset, proactive communicator, and tech-comfortable A portable book of business is a plus, but not required Compensation
100% performance-based (no base salary) Significant upside for client origination or practice growth Hiring Process
Initial interview
with Navii (AI Agent) to assess experience and fit Selected candidates
will move forward to a call with the recruiting lead Firm introduction, review of materials, and signed confidentiality agreement Interviews with senior attorneys, followed by a potential final with a founding partner
