is actively seeking a strategic and results-driven
Executive Director of Enterprise Projects
to support our client in the higher education industry. This long-term contract role is part of the IT Executive Leadership team and focuses on overseeing enterprise-level initiatives, including a major
Oracle PeopleSoft to Workday conversion . You will ensure alignment with organizational goals, guide project activities, drive change management adoption, and help optimize enterprise systems across the institution.
Base pay range $80.00/hr - $90.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day coordination of enterprise projects, including the ERP to Workday conversion, ensuring alignment with Unified ERP goals and institutional priorities
Engage and collaborate with local stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
Lead strategic planning, operational improvements, and professional development efforts
Support IT Change Management strategy and adoption across enterprise initiatives
Partner with business units beyond IT including finance, HR, and academic departments to ensure project alignment
Develop and maintain project management methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
Establish and manage enterprise data strategies, tools, resources, and priorities
Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to implement best practices
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with both
ERP systems and Workday
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work onsite in Statesboro, GA, with approximately 25 percent travel to Athens, GA
Higher education experience is preferred
