Base pay range
$85.00/hr - $90.00/hr You are a Infrastructure Project Manager and will focus on Infrastructure Network related projects. This is a Project management position, but an overall knowledge of IT network and security practices/principles is required What you will be doing: Develop and maintain a detailed project plan with milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to align timelines and deliverables. Provide monthly status reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, risks, and mitigation plans. Escalate issues proactively and ensure transparency in project health. Manage governance structures, including steering committee meetings, to ensure strategic alignment and executive sponsorship. Facilitate decision-making and approvals for key changes and investments. Coordinate and communicate changes to the environment, including network configurations, security policies, and user access models. Ensure proper documentation and change control processes are followed. Align cross-functional teams (network, security, cloud, and identity access management) on roles and responsibilities. Serve as the central point of contact for all project communications. Support development of training materials and schedules for technical teams and end users. Ensure knowledge transfer and operational readiness post-deployment. Identify and manage risks related to security, compliance, and service continuity. Ensure alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Oversee transition to operations, including handoff to support teams and documentation of runbooks. Monitor early adoption and performance metrics to validate success criteria. What you bring: This is a project management position, but an overall knowledge of IT network and security practices/principles is required. Requires advanced knowledge of project management principles, theories, and concepts. Demonstrated verbal and written skills. Working knowledge of technology-related initiatives and an understanding of impact to the organization of such initiatives. General knowledge of networking, cloud security, and identity and access management concepts Familiarity with Palo Alto technologies: Prisma Access, Prisma SD-WAN, Strata Cloud Manager, and Strata Logging Service - Cloud-delivered security services including firewall-as-a-service (FWaaS), secure web gateway (SWG), cloud access security broker (CASB), and zero trust network access (ZTNA) Centralized management platform for policy enforcement, configuration, and visibility across the SASE environment URL filtering, DNS security, WildFire (malware analysis), and data loss prevention (DLP) to protect users and data across all access points Integration with identity providers for enforcing user-based policies and enabling ZTNA Logging services to support compliance and operational insights Job details
