IT Recruitment Consultant | Sourcing Top Tech Talent for Industry LeadersTechnology Recruitment Specialist | Bridging the Gap Between Talent and Responsibilities Partner with hiring teams to source, screen and recruit candidates for security-focused IT architecture roles, focusing on cloud, network and security integration. Identify and engage candidates with a security background (not limited to networking), CISSP is preferred, with hands-on CASB/DLP design, configuration, testing and operations experience. Preference given to candidates with Palo Alto Networks experience. Translate customer and stakeholder needs into candidate requirements; define candidate profiles and roadmaps for security architecture positions. Stay current on next-generation technologies in cloud networking and security (SASE/SSE, SD-WAN, VPN, IPSEC, GRE, SWG, ZTNA, FWaaS, RBI) and align them to real-world opportunities.
Qualifications
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience with at least 2+ years of Solution Architecture experience in Cloud/Multi-Cloud (networking & security) | SD-WAN and experience designing & implementing high quality cloud-enabled products Ability to define and communicate architecture strategy & approach in clear, concise, and understandable terms to senior management and other stakeholders Ability to define design architecture vision, roadmap and objectives that align with customer demand and enterprises business goals Performing market research on next generation technologies and aligning them to actual/real-world products Ability to articulate customer needs internally so they can be translated into a finished design Proven ability to structure business cases around a high-level strategic architecture Technical knowledge and expertise in productizing SASE/SSE features including but not limited to SD-WAN, SWG, ZTNA, FWaaS, CASB, DLP and RBI Strong technical knowledge of VPN, IPSEC, GRE, Segmentation (application & network) Knowledge of public, private and hybrid cloud architectures Knowledge of Cloud networking and Multi-cloud networking Knowledge of public, private and hybrid cloud architecture of at least one of the major Cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
