Overview
Senior Product Manager - Data Center/Optical Transceivers to attend key workshops and conferences on behalf of AOI, staying informed on the latest industry trends and developments. The role includes data center Field Application Engineering (FAE) work, collaborating with Sales and RMA teams to engage customers, provide technical support, and address product-related issues. Responsibilities
Gather customer feedback to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate new projects, and ensure seamless technical support. Attend data center/transceiver related workshops and conferences (e.g., IEEE, OIF, OFC, GTC) to represent AOI. Collaborate with Sales and RMA teams to handle customers’ technical issues and RMA cases; provide technical support as needed. Research market/technical trends and provide high-level SWOT/QCD insights to support business strategy proposals. Support NPI, PLM, MES implementation, and ensure smooth product lifecycle management and manufacturing system coordination. Provide backup and support to other projects and initiatives as required. Qualifications
Must be bilingual in English and Chinese. 50% travel requirement in the United States. Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in transceiver testing engineering. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills. Project Management Professional certification is preferred. Location
