We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney with trial experience to join our dynamic legal team. Ideal candidates will have experience in personal injury and wrongful death cases, including handling pleadings, discovery, and trials. Key Responsibilities: Conduct all phases of personal injury cases, including pleadings, discovery, legal research, and writing. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trial. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Illinois. Minimum of 1years of litigation experience in personal injury related to auto accidents, incidents, and pedestrian cases.
