Commercial Finance Manager
to join its expanding finance function. This highly visible role offers exposure to strategic initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact. The position is based in the Chicagoland area and is in-office.
Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
Lead the commercial pricing process by coordinating across Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance
Develop pricing recommendations by balancing market share, volume growth, and profitability goals
Build and execute an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process that drives collaboration across all functions
Provide accurate forecasting across a large private-label portfolio, down to SKU, customer, and location levels
Analyze syndicated retail data to assess trends, competitor activity, and customer dynamics
Support strategic planning through financial modeling, competitive benchmarking, and scenario analysis
Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings and communicate forecast risks and opportunities to leadership
Ideal Background
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus
5+ years of experience in forecasting, FP&A, or commercial finance in food manufacturing or CPG
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; experience with syndicated data tools (Nielsen/IRI) preferred
Proven success collaborating across multiple departments to drive results
Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex insights in a clear, actionable way
