Controller

Overview A well-established and growth-oriented organization in West Los Angeles is seeking a seasoned Controller to oversee its finance and accounting functions. This executive-level position is ideal for a strategic leader with a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to financial stewardship and team development.

Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive leadership to the accounting department and manage day-to-day financial operations.

Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting processes, and ensure robust internal controls.

Conduct investment analysis and monitor asset performance for optimal returns.

Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborate with executive leadership to drive organizational initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Minimum of five years’ experience in a Controller or Senior Accounting Manager capacity.

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and investment strategies.

Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, project management, and advanced Excel capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; CPA designation or MBA is highly preferred.

Proven history of career stability and professional progression.
