Why This Role High visibility: Work closely with the CFO and executive team Strong foundation: Stable business with decades in operation Career growth: Intent to promote to Controller Great culture: Supportive team, low turnover, modern ERP Real impact: Lead process improvements and key initiatives What Youll Do Own financials including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and month-end close Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Oversee AP/AR and support 2 to 3 accounting staff Ensure GAAP compliance and support annual audits Drive process improvements across accounting functions What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 5 or more years in corporate accounting (distribution preferred, not required) Confident Excel user; ERP experience is a plus Strong communicator and natural leader Comfortable working onsite full-time, Monday through Friday Compensation Salary range is $100,000 to $120,000 depending on experience Evaluation period with strong intent to hire Seniority level
