Overview
We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director–Art to create clear, compelling, social-first campaigns for a financial client. This role supports marketing and branding efforts and will partner with a Copywriter to develop social media content that can transcend channels.
Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the client’s products and services and related industry trends
Stay current on style guidelines, consistent messaging, and strategy
Collaborate to interpret creative briefs and develop concepts for executions
Craft and concept creative content that performs on social platforms
Create a range of visuals for marketing and communications materials
Collaborate with a team of creative staff and marketers from concept development to final delivery
Confidently present concepts and final deliverables to internal teams
Develop modern visual messaging for market launches, across multiple channels and larger awareness campaigns
Ideate with the team on new ways to communicate the product
Create concepts and visual elements that elevate engagement, strengthen customer loyalty, and drive business outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content strategy and drive customer engagement
Analyze customer data to understand audience needs and preferences
Ensure brand consistency in style
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/Portfolio school
7+ years of experience in Design/Art Direction
Experience creating concepts for social platforms, especially paid media
Work experience in an advertising or interactive agency is a plus
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and the ability to independently prioritize for the team
Proven success in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
A portfolio showcasing previous written work

Compensation Range: $60-$90/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in freelancer/temporary employee medical plans and 401(k) after meeting criteria. For regular roles, benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and paid time off. The application deadline is 9/19/2025.
