Responsibilities
Support the NPI (New Product Introduction / Product Launch) process by executing assigned tasks, following established procedures, and assisting with process documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Enablement, Product, Program Management, Commerce, and Sales Technology to drive QTC projects.
Partner with internal technology teams to assist in delivering capabilities that scale and optimize QTC processes, including performing data loads and routine system updates.
Participate in QTC projects and provide support to Sales Ops Analysts, focusing on process development, data validation, and triaging operational issues.
Develop and maintain requirements documentation, SOPs, process flows, DACIs, wireframes, and other assets as directed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Serve as a subject matter resource for sales systems/tools, executing system administration tasks under guidance and escalating issues as needed.
Participate in user acceptance, smoke testing, and implementation activities, focusing on planning, executing test cases, reporting issues, and supporting parallel UAT efforts.
Assist the Enablement team in creating and updating training materials on quoting, contracting, orders, and billing for Sales teams.
Work with forecasting and compensation teams to identify and implement optimizations in Sales processes.
Own and complete administrative functions including data loads, validations, and reporting.
Triage incoming requests, managing BAU (business as usual) tickets, and escalating issues to the appropriate team members.
Support process improvement initiatives by identifying issues, suggesting incremental improvements, and documenting changes.
Skills and Requirements
4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Technology with a focus on QTC processes (e.g., SFDC, quoting, contracting).
Experience supporting New Product Introduction projects (New Product Launch).
Experience administering or supporting a CPQ/billing system, including performing data loads and routine maintenance.
Experience leading / participating in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), including executing test scripts and reporting results.
Proven track record in a high-growth, enterprise software company.
Familiarity with Direct and Channel sales ecosystems and the full sales cycle, from lead to cash.
Proficient in Excel for analyzing large sets of Sales data, identifying trends, and finding discrepancies (lookups, pivots, advanced/nested formulas).
Understanding of different software subscription models and cloud software sales models.
Experience with Salesforce.com platform; Salesforce certification preferred.
Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Analytical skills to identify key decisions and assess their long and short-term impacts.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, manage competing priorities, and escalate issues appropriately.
Familiarity with AI technology required; experience implementing artificial intelligence tools is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage own work assignments, contribute to team outcomes, and support process and program management activities.
Compensation and Benefits In the United States, base pay zones and ranges for new hires are:
Zone A: $132,300 - $172,725
Zone B: $119,700 - $156,275
Zone C: $110,700 - $144,522
