Overview

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer to join our Resilience Environment team in Milwaukee, WI. Responsibilities

Collaborate with scientists, engineers, project managers, and technical experts on various activities in support of environmental assessments and remediation projects. Involve in technical work, such as remediation system detailed design, operation and maintenance of systems, and project management tasks, such as coordinating fieldwork conducted out of other offices and managing project schedules and budgets. Assist development of environmental remedial systems and in-situ technology treatment designs and assessments, including detailed design drawings, technical specifications, and design calculations; assist with the development of treatment systems and remedial designs, including coordination of process control descriptions, piping & instrumentation diagrams, startup plans, and other required supporting documents. Perform design activities within the Process Mechanical Discipline; coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, structural, civil, architectural); participate in startup activities for treatment systems; perform remedial system operation and maintenance (O&M) and monitoring; assist in preparation of O&M reports; mentor and train junior engineers. Qualifications & Experience

Required:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or closely related field Minimum of 5 years of experience Engineer-In-Training certification or Professional Engineering license US Citizen Preferred:

MS in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering or closely related field 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training and appropriate annual refresher certifications About Arcadis and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $68,187 - $129,385. Actual salaries will vary based on experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
