Overview
The Gainey Agency, based in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking motivated, coachable Life Insurance Consultants to join a small, growth-focused team. This remote role combines client-facing sales with ongoing policy service and offers comprehensive training, licensing support, and a clear path for professional growth. Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound client outreach to identify financial and life insurance needs. Present appropriate life insurance and related financial solutions clearly and accurately. Guide clients through underwriting requirements, premium options, and policy features. Support policy maintenance tasks, including endorsements, beneficiary updates, and basic claims assistance. Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM. Adhere to compliance, licensing, and quality standards in all client communications. Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies, share best practices, and meet performance goals. Participate in ongoing training, weekly overview sessions, and professional development activities. Minimum Qualifications
U.S. residency and legal authorization to work remotely from within the United States. At least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation. Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and adaptable to change. Proficiency with standard business technology (phone systems, video conferencing, CRM software) and ability to maintain accurate digital records. Preferred Qualifications
Active life and health insurance license preferred; candidates willing to obtain required licenses are encouraged to apply (licensing assistance available). Previous sales, telesales, or insurance customer service experience. Familiarity with CRM tools and remote sales processes. What we offer
