The SCA strives to achieve individual and team results and may act as the Manager on Duty. The SCA coaches and guides the sales team, ensuring store operations are executed to brand standards, including floor coverage. Responsibilities
Engage with clients and ensure Dolce & Gabbana Sales and Service standards are embodied consistently Drive and exceed sales objectives and KPIs such as consignment, appointments, repurchase rate, UPT, conversion, and data collection/enrichment by delivering the highest level of customer service Contribute to team performance by coaching and mentoring colleagues Capture quality client information to understand needs and personalize future client development opportunities Build and develop long-lasting client relationships using the clientele program and initiatives Drive business through active client outreach and appointment selling Attract new clients by acting as a Brand Ambassador through community networking Interact professionally with all levels of Management and Corporate representatives Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market to enhance knowledge of the brand history, values, collection proposition, and product features Supervise the sales floor and, when required, act as Manager on Duty Open and close procedures and hold store keys as required Support and maintain company visual merchandise presentation standards Assist in inventory preparation and execution Collaborate with store teams to maintain a professional and productive work environment Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in sales roles within luxury retail Proven excellent client service skills and a commercial mindset Experience in training and coaching people in professional and non-professional contexts Ability to drive results through others Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to communicate and analyze business needs and trends with senior leadership Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment High flexibility to adapt to different customers Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays The hourly rate for this role ranges from $23.00 - $25.00, plus variable commission.
