We are expanding our Corporate and M&A Practice Group with a highly qualified Senior Partner who has extensive experience in corporate transactional law. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading sophisticated transactions and providing innovative solutions for clients across the U.S. and globally. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and joint ventures. Serve as the first-chair attorney on significant corporate deals. Collaborate with seasoned colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services and innovative solutions to clients. Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a wide range of corporate matters. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Mentor and guide junior attorneys within the practice group. Contribute to the growth and development of the Corporate and M&A Practice Group. Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to become admitted. Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate transactional law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and joint ventures. Strong academic credentials and prior work experience in a reputable law firm. Demonstrated ability to serve as lead counsel on complex corporate transactions. Excellent judgment, organizational capabilities, and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A book of business is preferred but not required. Experience in private securities offerings, fund work, and sophisticated joint ventures. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
