Guide clients through estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney) and probate processes. Advise on trusts and estates administration and tax implications of planning strategies. Collaborate across the team to deliver comprehensive, empathetic client service. Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and probate (Washington practice preferred). Washington Bar required (or eligibility for admission). LLM in Tax strongly preferred; comfort with tax-driven planning. Outstanding client communication, judgment, and drafting skills. Education & Certifications
Juris Doctor (JD); LLM in Tax strongly preferred. Licensed to practice in Washington State. Skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and effective under pressure. Team-first collaborator who can also operate independently. Proficient with MS Office and document management software. Culture & Firm Appeal
