Position Details Employment Type: Full-time

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in-office / 2 remote

Salary: $124,800-$183,040

Level: Mid to Senior

General Responsibilities As a competent Registered Professional Engineer, the candidate applies conventional HVAC and plumbing design engineering and supervises multi-discipline teams of engineers and designers. The candidate will focus on higher education, ports, and energy projects. Responsibilities include administering all phases of projects from proposal development through construction completion, budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, and specification writing on a given project with the authority to direct and monitor activities on multiple projects at a time.

Position Requirements

Registered Professional Engineer (PE License)

8+ years of engineering design and project management experience

Experience with all aspects of HVAC and Plumbing Design

Experience with design-build projects

Experience performing energy studies, audits, and analysis

Working knowledge of the Clean Buildings Law, HB1390, and Climate Action Plan

Knowledge of state and local codes

Ability to present complex engineering concepts to clients, industry partners, and staff

Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Skills

LEED Accreditation is a plus
