Own scrappy, high-impact marketing work—from research to execution—alongside the founders and a lean team. You’ll test ideas, measure what works, and double down fast. What You’ll Do
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid, social, and community channels. Recruit, onboard, and manage influencers; review and improve their content and performance. Analyze competitors and user funnels; translate insights into experiments and playbooks. Create social content (especially short-form video) and ship on tight timelines. Handle day-to-day marketing ops and reporting. What You Bring
1–2 years experience or strong internships in marketing/communications or a similarly demanding field. Experience as a successful influencer, especially towards a Gen Z audience, is especially valuable. Strong writing and native fluency with social platforms and common digital tools. Bias to action, comfort with changing priorities, and willingness to go the extra mile during launches. Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, CS, or related) or equivalent experience. Nice to Have
A TikTok or Instagram showcasing your work. Hands-on with Exolyt, Sensor Tower, Similarweb (or similar). Early-stage startup experience. Why Join
