KPMG US KPMG is seeking a Manager, Field Marketing - Automotive Industry to join the Marketing team. Responsibilities include partnering with local industry leaders and sales teams to deploy Marketing/Go-to-Market activities that support business development in the Midwest region, acting as the marketing advisor to local leaders and sales professionals, providing dedicated industry support to auto industry professionals, collaborating with national teams to activate assets at the local level, and budgeting, planning and measuring impact of marketing initiatives using data-driven tools. Responsibilities

Partner with local industry leaders and sales team focused on serving a prioritized portfolio of clients and deploy Marketing/Go-to-Market activities that support business development goals in the Midwest region Act as the marketing advisor to local leaders and sales professionals within sectors of focus to increase brand permission, build relationships and grow engagement revenue in focus accounts Provide dedicated industry support to local professionals serving clients in the auto industry, supporting growth of brand recognition and permission, account development, and client/target relationship-building through a variety of marketing programs and tactics including industry association conferences and events, KPMG owned events, as well as email, digital, social media and advertising Collaborate with national industry and solution marketing teams to activate national assets at the local level and within focus accounts to ensure connectivity, alignment, and consistency with broader firm activity, leverage firm corporate assets to help enhance brand locally Budget, plan and measure impact of marketing initiatives using technology and tools that enable a data-driven demonstration of ROI Add value to the creative deployment of marketing programs that showcase KPMG's ability to help them solve their toughest business needs Qualifications

Minimum five years of recent, relevant integrated marketing strategy development and execution Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Developing and executing strategic relationship strategies; experience in sales and marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Demandbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Optimizely Solid industry knowledge and experience in automotive business models; experience in professional services in audit, tax, deal advisory, technology or management consulting; Big 4 experience a plus Robust critical and strategic thinking skills with curiosity and a capability to navigate a large organization to activate resources Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to act as a strategic marketing advisor Strong interpersonal communications and ability to influence senior leaders to drive local growth Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available Additional Information
