Overview

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a dedicated, resourceful, and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the C-suite Executive office and collaborate with other EAs across the organization. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, experienced planner who can respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure, and a good sense of humor. Key responsibilities

Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars Orchestrate complex calendars, scheduling requirements, and prioritization of an executive's tasks and appointments across time zones, aligning with business priorities Serve as a trusted liaison between executive leadership and key stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and handling sensitive information with discretion Execute end-to-end travel logistics for international and domestic trips, including complex multi-city itineraries, client-facing events, and team visits Lead planning of meetings and events (staff meetings, all-hands, executive offsites, team-building, and logistics) Collaborate with the EA Community across AWS/AmSec to drive best practices and improve organizational efficiency Develop and maintain tracking systems for critical deliverables and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders About the Team

8+ years of executive assistant experience Experience with C-level executive calendar management Experience effectively managing a substantial and time-sensitive workload Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of senior-level leadership support experience Experience with end-to-end project management Experience working in a matrixed organization Experience working with large global teams Compensation and Location

Location: Bellevue, WA Base pay ranges from $88,800/year in the lowest geographic market to $176,000/year in the highest geographic market. Compensation is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company; depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other compensation may be provided in addition to a full range of benefits.
