Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a dedicated, resourceful, and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support as an extension of the C-Suite Executive Office and work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, an experienced planner, and able to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure, and a good sense of humor. The individual in this role must understand business priorities, proactively anticipate needs, and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside the company, is critical. The successful candidate will complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations requiring quick turnaround, and take effective action without needing the whole picture. The role requires the ability to work well in a team and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group. Responsibilities
Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars Orchestrate complex calendars, scheduling requirements, and prioritization of an executive’s tasks and appointments across time zones, ensuring strategic alignment with business priorities Serve as a trusted liaison between executive leadership and key stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and managing sensitive information with discretion Execute end-to-end travel logistics for international and domestic trips, including multi-city itineraries, client-facing events, and team visits Lead the planning of events including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, executive offsites, team-building activities, and supply ordering Collaborate with the EA Community across AWS/AmSec to drive best practices, implement solutions, and improve organizational efficiency Develop and maintain tracking systems for critical deliverables, ensuring on-time completion and providing regular status updates to stakeholders Foster positive, collaborative relationships with leaders and teams to support special projects and long-term career growth Basic Qualifications
8+ years of executive assistant experience Experience with C-level executive calendar management Experience effectively managing a substantial and time-sensitive workload Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $88,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,000/year in our highest geographic market. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
