Executive Assistant
role at
MongoDB . This position is based in Seattle, WA or Palo Alto, CA and supports a team of Product & Technology leaders by managing schedules, meetings, and travel, coordinating with executives and assistants, and helping complex projects reach completion in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities
Manage multiple calendars and coordinate all meetings and calls, including video conferencing and large team events. Handle multiple requests with sound judgment, anticipating changing needs while remaining calm under pressure. Plan, schedule, and execute offsites and team events. Manage travel logistics, including last-minute changes. Reconcile expenses on a monthly basis. Prepare and distribute correspondence, spreadsheets, slide decks, and meeting agendas. Track action items and key issues to closure with integrity and accountability. Assist with special assignments or projects as needed. Collaborate on department All-Hands presentations. Qualifications
4+ years experience supporting senior executives, or equivalent experience working directly with executives. Based in Seattle, WA or Palo Alto, CA with flexibility to come into the office 1-2 days per week, and as needed to support events or initiatives. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Extremely well organized and detail-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience booking domestic and international travel; comfortable across multiple time zones. Proficiency with Google Apps (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar), Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools. Creative, flexible, and collaborative team player.
