What to Expect Job Responsibilities:

Own the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers

Partner strategically with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective interview processes

Proactively source passive candidates and build diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs

Leverage data and metrics to inform recruiting strategies and improve hiring processes

Champion an exceptional candidate experience with timely and transparent communication

What is Required

Proven full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company

Deep expertise in Go-to-Market recruiting, particularly for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing roles

Exceptional outbound sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter

Outstanding stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders

Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting

How to Stand Out

Experience in a company that has scaled from approximately 300 to 500+ employees

Proficiency with modern ATS platforms

Knowledge and experience in cybersecurity
