Proven full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company Deep expertise in Go-to-Market recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing roles Exceptional outbound sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders Impeccable organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
