Represent buyers, sellers, lenders, owners, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions for all classes of real estate assets. Assist with acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, commercial leasing, financing transactions, joint ventures, and redevelopment projects. Review and analyze complex real estate agreements and work well as part of a fast-paced team. Qualifications
Four to six years of experience in commercial real estate transactional matters, including acquisition/disposition, leasing, financing, joint ventures, and redevelopment. Admitted in the state of the primary office location. Top academic and transactional credentials; excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills. Employment details
