Robinson+Cole, a Vault “Top Ranked” Am Law 200 firm, seeks an associate with four to six years of experience to join the Real Estate + Development practice group based in our Stamford or Hartford, CT office. Robinson+Cole’s Real Estate + Development practice group regularly represents buyers, sellers, lenders, owners, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions for all classes of real estate assets. Responsibilities
Represent clients in commercial real estate transactional matters, including the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, commercial leasing, financing transactions, joint ventures, and redevelopment projects. Review and analyze complex real estate agreements. Collaborate effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment. Qualifications
Four to six years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Admitted in the state of the attorney’s primary office location (Stamford or Hartford, CT). Top academic and transactional credentials. Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills. Additional Details
