Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree required AND Experience: 3+ years industry experience, with a preference for management or leadership experience Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required): All positions in Jefferson Enrollment Management require competency in the following areas: Exceptional communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Meticulous attention to detail Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Commitment to positive customer service This position also demands expertise in: Enrollment management knowledge, particularly regarding student selection and yield strategies Job Summary The Medical Director of Physician Assistant Programs plays a crucial role in student recruitment, selection, and yield activities for designated application pools. This position is focused on enhancing applicant and advisor relationships and improving conversion rates to successfully meet the goals of headcount, quality, revenue, and diversity. The role requires collaboration with academic and administrative partners as well as colleagues in Enrollment Management to achieve these objectives. The Director will manage specific application pools while supporting fellow team members in their respective roles. Essential Functions Engage with colleagues, visitors, and staff in a manner that aligns with Jefferson's core values. Student Recruitment:

Lead recruitment initiatives including on-campus, off-campus, and virtual events. Prospect/Applicant Outreach:

Implement strategies to convert prospects to applicants and incomplete applications to completed ones. Outreach for Admitted/Deposited Students:

Drive efforts to convert admitted and deposited students to enrolled status. Application Pool Management:

Collaborate with the Sr. Director/Director to manage the applicant flow within the enrollment funnel and meet defined targets. Special Population Management:

Develop tailored strategies for addressing the needs of specific applicant groups under the guidance of senior team members. Collaboration:

Foster strong relationships with academic and administrative partners to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes. Staff Support:

Provide guidance and support to junior staff members. Admissions Team Contributions:

Contribute to planning, policy development, and quality assurance efforts within the Admissions team. Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.
